·Electricity and Steam

DSR has three 220T/H Circulating Fluidized Bed Boilers and one 100MW Extractive Condensated Turbine Generator. Three steam boilers of 600T/H and two Turbine Generators of 150MW will be constructed during the phase II expansion. After completion, DSR is capable of supplying 0.4-10.0MPa steam to the industries in Haicang South Industrial Zone and supplying electricity to the power grid through 220KV circuitry.The production capabilities of electricity and steam after completion of phase Ⅰand phase Ⅱ are listed below respectively.

DSR has nine sets of the QXM series dowtherm heaters with an individual capacity of 7Mkcal/hour. The heat transferring dowtherm oil is supplied by Bayer. Dowtherm oil system includes fully automated DCS control system equipped with monitoring system, giving DSR's excellent process control ability with precision, accuracy, efficiency and safety. DSR's heat transferring system, with a capacity of 387,000 Mkcal/year, not only meets its captive requirement, but also provides other industries in Haicang Investment Zone. By employing a highly efficiency dust collection system and MgO desulfurization process, DSR can achieve the goal for environmental protection.
